To understand treatment, we will start by breaking the immunology down to the basics, in an easy-to-understand fashion. We will then go treatments for psoriasis including topicals, UV light, oral medications, and biologic agents. Note: Since the recording of this episode, another IL-23 inhibitor risankizumab (Skyrizi) is available, dosed at 150mg SQ x1 on week 0, 4, then q12 weeks.
